Understanding the practice policies regarding insurance and financial options is crucial for patients seeking dental care. Our office is committed to making dental care accessible by navigating dental insurance intricacies, offering various payment options, and assisting you with any questions regarding financial policies or financing options to ensure a smooth and informed treatment process.
Insurance Policy
At Franklin Family Dentistry, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of dental care. Our team is also committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will prepare and submit insurance claims on your behalf. Please note that our professional relationship is with you, the patient, rather than with your insurance company.
The terms of your coverage – including the services covered and any annual limitations – are established solely between you and your insurance provider. We are not contracted with any insurance companies and therefore operate as an out-of-network provider. We encourage all patients to review their dental insurance policies to ensure a clear understanding of available coverage and any limitations of benefits.
